Dec. 14: Creating a Poor People’s Campaign together

Thursday, December 14, 6-8pm

Brookside Congregational Church

2013 Elm St, Manchester

Join us for an exciting gathering with New Hampshire organizers who are working to promote racial, social and economic justice in our state. We want to explore with you the creation of a New Hampshire Poor People’s Campaign so as to build greater connections among us and to join our energy and labor to a powerful and growing national movement.

At this important planning meeting, we will consider how our movements, our activism, our organizations can work in partnership with each other to increase our collective power for transformation of our economy, our communities and our policy-making.

Organizers of this gathering include the American Friends Service Committee, UU Action NH, the Greater Manchester Branch of the NAACP, the Granite State Organizing Project, the NH Council of Churches and NH Voices of Faith.
