The NH Department of Health & Human Services, Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services, and the NH State Plan on Aging Planning Committee are developing the State Plan on Aging (SPOA). The SPOA is a four-year plan that will help guide our state’s efforts in understanding, serving, supporting and celebrating older adults across our State.  

As of today, 1,450 NH residents have completed the State Plan on Aging Survey. We need to hear from older adults from across all corners of the Granite State.  

Can your church help get input from your older adults? The Survey includes 29 questions and takes 10-12 minutes to complete. Please take the survey and share it with others! The Survey will close on January 15, 2019.
