Many churches and faith communities participate in MLK Day events because of their commitment to King’s dream of equity, justice and beloved community. This King Day event in Manchester has special support from the NH Council of Churches and will include:

1. Governor Sununu’s proclamation for MLK Day
2. An Interfaith Choir singing multiple musical selections
3. A panel discussion organized by the Poor People’s Campaign to discuss how King’s legacy is being lived today
