The Good Samaritan Network Presents

Regional Recovery Networking Meeting

In the fall of 2017 the Governor invited the church of NH to collaborate with the government in responding to the drug addiction crisis.  In response the Good Samaritan Network was established to invite recovery ministries and activated recovery churches to unite together and collaborate with the govt and community agencies to be “Good Samaritans” to help individuals and families in crisis.

What will be happening at our regional networking meeting?  At this meeting we are inviting all the Christian recovery ministries of greater Concord to introduce each other and increase our networking. We also intend to plan a November meeting to connect with the community agencies.

What recovery ministries are being invited? Celebrate Recovery (Grace Capital), Freedom that Lasts (Trinity Baptist), Reformers Anonymous (Granite State Baptist), SUD Healthy Communities, NH Council of Churches SUD group, faith based Recovery Coaching, faith based Recovery Community Organization, Caring Clergy, Better Life Partners, and others.

What will happen at these meetings?  At each of these gatherings we plan to have an opening prayer, introduce all the recovery ministries present, and share our vision for establishing a network of collaboration.  Our main goal is to help 100+ churches to be activated, connect with all the NH recovery ministries, and collaborate with all agencies to rescue those in crisis.
